HOME DECOR HAUL

So I am obsessed with home decor shopping! If I tell my husband, " I need to run to target for some milk , I'll be back real quick." Mostly means I really need to check if that rug that I spotted has gone on sale yet. If I know I am driving by a Home Goods, T.J. Maxx , Marshall's I will plan a pit stop. I know thats bad. Because then I wanna go through the whole store. Well anyways lets get to the good stuff I bought a few things recently and I wanted to show you!

This beautiful rhinestone star I might not know where I'm putting it just yet but I bought two of them!

My sister it was weird. She is crazy. I think the silver finish is what sold me.

This rug I got for $50 from Target on clearance! Original price was $100.

We soon will change that light fixture but I just haven't decided on the one that I want yet. That door leads into the master bedroom and we are also going to change the doors. They are really old so we need to update them. I was thinking of doing a colored door for our Master bedroom what do you think?

Bathroom Before & After's

Hello! I know its been quite some time, but here is a little sneak peak of what has been going on! I want to do some Before & After posts because, let's be real I have so many of them coming your way! I know super exciting!!! Without further do , lets get started. Here is our family restroom this is the restroom that gets used & abused , we don't have a Master bathroom in the bedroom so this bathroom is shared between me and my husband and two kids. We eventually want to redo the Entire bathroom but for now we can only do small changes so we can spend some of the $$$ on other things.

 Then I found this handy dandy piece. I don't have a Linen closet so I definitely needed some kind of storage.

 This is what I was using to display the cotton swabs meanwhile I found THE ones.

              It didn't take long before I found them! I bought them individually online.

Fresh Start

It seems like it's been forever…..that's because it has been FOREVER! Over 1 year! Don't get me wrong I love to blog but I am so bad at time coordination , so therefore I never have the time to sit down and type out all this amazingness that goes on in my cabeza (head in spanish). I have sooo many ideas for this blog that I am about to explode with excitement! Get ready for a lot of before an after pictures because..drum roll please…..My husband and I purchased a home!!! AHHHH SO EXCITING HUH? YES I thought some strangers would be excited for me. I am into full on organization and decor mode right now its overwhelming! I am so thankful to be where I am today knowing how much me and my other half wanted this and for how long we have been patiently waiting. OK patiently? Not really but you get the point. Now to refresh my memory and anybody else reading this, on why I started this blog. Hi my name is Jackie and I am a self proclaimed hoarder. Basically my goals are to become organized not just myself but my family which means I am taking on 4 people's responsibilities! I'm running this boat house here. It has always been my dream to have our own home, I couldn't wait for that day to come so I could paint it, decorate it, make it our own and finally those days are here. So as for my intentions as of this moment I will be posting before and after pics of little projects we do around the house , tips & tricks on decor and organization.
